IS THIS A GHOST PASSING BY A WINDOW OR A HOAX?

I found this clip on Youtube which claims a ghostly apparition at the first floor window of an unnamed building in Nottinghamshire.

Here is the poster`s own explanation:

`This was caught whilst filming in an undisclosed Nottingham location, the window that the figure was caught in was on the 1st floor so it was impossible for it to be any human figure outside, keep your eyes on the tree horizon, the figure carries on moving when the camera has stopped, thanks for watching and we welcome any comments`.



It took me a while to spot the anomaly alleged. From 25 secs onwards look to the immediate right window and you`ll see what looks like a hump move off to the right.
Sadly because the quality is poor, and there are no certainties as to where and what floor this was taken, I will leave it to your own opinions.

    I needed to look a few times and have the idea there is someone to see next to the right window at the wall, but it is not very clear.
    I don't see anymone outside at the window

    You just catch a hump shape on the skyline to the right of the right window. It`s definitely there - but hard to see.

    I see something, but I don't understand the YouTube comment that "figure was caught in was on the 1st floor so it was impossible for it to be any human figure outside". If it was the 1st floor, then it's possible that it is a human figure.
