My observation was that just a few seconds prior to the anomaly appearing you firstly saw a white `orb`move into the frame, and then after the anomaly appears. I stated that I have noticed this type of behaviour before on investigations when an event was about to occur. First a smaller `leader` anomaly, and then followed by the main event.
Well I was rather pleased to find you this clip where again a `leader` smaller orb appears right to left and then it is quickly followed by the main manifestation which looks like the partial outline of a figure.
The event starts at 17 seconds when you see a faint `orb` move a quarter way down a round capped stone post (to the left shaded part of it) , and the main anomaly then follows.
This event is worth looking for on any significant captures you may get on an investigation.
