GHOSTLY ANOMALIES CAPTURED IN HAUNTED HOME IN BLACKPOOL, LANCASHIRE

Occasionally, followers of my Facebook page, or here on the Haunted Earth blog are kind enough to share video or photographs of activity captured either at home, or in some ancient locations.

Here is a report from Angela B, who is able to share some background into the activity caught in her family home. She has given me permission to share this.

`Here are two pictures that my son took while messing with my camera, would love to know what you think  no one smokes in the house and although he took a number of pictures these were the only two that had a strange mist type. He never saw anything while taking the pictures and he was the only person (other than the dog) in the room.

I live on a pretty new council estate in Blackpool (Mereside) when my parents moved in only two other people lived in the house and from what we've been told there's been no deaths in the house.

As kids living here we heard the toilet seat slam down we thought it was our dad (as he was a prankster). We've seen a black cat, which I felt walk up my legs to my chest, then felt it do the paw thing they do when they get cozy..we didn't have a cat at the the time.

My dad was laid up (back) and saw soldiers walk straight past (he didn't believe in ghosts) and said he must of just been seeing things due to the pain in is back.

In the same room my mum was dragged by her feet by something,in the same room she saw a Victorian girl aged about 13/14 at the foot of her bed and she said (nanna) when my grandad past heard him say angela (behind) me. One christmas I was wrapping my children's christmas presents and I saw from the corner of my eye a little blonde boy in modern clothes peeking round the door frame.

My mum saw two (modern) kids boy and girl sat in my wardrobe...when my son was about 15 he saw the same (Victorian) girl and got 3 scratches on his arm (one long one in the middle and two small) either side,my teenage daughter got the same on her face and her friend who stayed the same night had the same on her leg....There's so much but think this is enough although my youngest daughter can ask for spirits to come near her and there will be balls of light next to her.`

Here a ghostly form manifests itself

An amazing capture as the spiritual form rises

HOW TO SPOT FAKE GHOST VIDEO AND FAKE PHOTOGRAPHS

One of the biggest problems with sharing paranormal activity, is how it is appreciated or shared by the viewing audiences.
Certainly in the last few years standards have dropped as more and more fraudsters have discovered how easy it is to forge activity, and in the process this has reflected heavily in the media who continue to share the fraudsters work through videos or images sold to them by independent news agencies who are perhaps even more disreputable than the hoaxers or the media they trade through.

Now of course, many new followers of the paranormal are very gullible and very soon fake material - which is often fantastic or outlandish becomes the template for what they believe is genuine.

Certainly many newspapers and magazines - particularly the `red top` newspapers, have very little respect for their readers.
I recall on one occasion I was required to `dumb down` a piece written for a women`s magazine as the editor claimed that their readers are too thick to understand.
I refused, but they instead altered it themselves and passed it off as my own work. I was not very impressed.

I realise that I could never address and put right the glaring frauds and hoaxes that abound the news sites and the internet in general, but through this video I should be able to distinguish for you what is right and wrong with regard to day time `ghosts` caught on cam, and some very questionable photographs claiming the capture of a spirit.

The common denominator is that both can be easily created with limited experience on any home computer.

I hope this video helps you to improve your ability to distinguish fake from fact

A HAUNTED FORMER WWII RAF AIRFIELD SHARES IT`S GHOSTS

In the past, I was able to share with you scenes of paranormal activity captured from my long study of a former RAF/USAAF airbase in rural Essex.

The site was often turning up considerable activity as EVP, light anomalies, AVP and  full or partial apparitions.

Why these airfields are so spiritually active is due to the simple fact that many aircrews died on these airfields from enemy attack or injury, and others that never returned from the many perilous missions flown into occupied territories. Also add those that served and lived a full life to return once more in spirit to rekindle these former times.

This leads me to today`s report of investigations carried out on a former WWII airfield by Middlesbrough Paranormal at the former RAF Tholthorpe.

They have been kind enough to share with us some images of paranormal activity, which gives an idea of the activity engaged at this site.

1) The Spirit of a Nurse.

This image shows what appears to be a nurse on the left side (facing) of the image which was shot at 4am in the morning.

Although the image is blurred through movement when taking the photograph, the image of a WWII period military nurse is clearly identifiable from the head dress and clothing. And if you examine the waist area, you can actually see what appears to be a nurses belt.

Here is a group photograph of nurses from Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service, a British services medical unit during WWII. As you can see, all nurses wore a headdress with a veil.
This unit served from the airfield where the image was captured. There is a strong similarity to the rather blurred image shot, and of course the head dress which was worn at that time. I accept this is not conclusive, but the indicators can be seen easily.

And here is the original image of the apparition which has been cropped to give greater clarity.

Is this a ghostly nurse?
2) The Mechanic.

Here in a former Nissen/Quonset vehicle workshop used as such during WWII, here you can see the outer skin of the corrugated curved side, with a rough cast inner building constructed post WWII.

Looking more closely, you can just see what appears to be an arm and hand clutching either a tool or a rifle. The image cast appears to be a partial figure without definition.

Now cleaned and cropped, you should be able to see a full figure with the back gently curving over a panel behind. Also there appears to be two arms with hands. The figure appears to be wearing a one piece boiler suit which were typically worn by service personnel engaged in vehicle servicing.
Quite what the figure appears to be doing isn`t clear. But this is an excellent capture.

My thanks to Middlesbrough Paranormal for these great images. Why not visit their page and check out their photographs, EVP and investigations.
