IS THIS A GHOSTLY APPEARANCE CAUGHT ON CCTV?

I found this interesting video clip on Youtube.
There is scant information with the video but it appears to have been filmed directly from a CCTV monitor in  British public house. I can say that I have seen similar paranormal anomalies in the past, and the curious shape of the first anomaly is very similar.
Ghost or explainable anomaly? You decide..
