LATEST HAUNTED EARTH VIDEO - NIGHT IN A HAUNTED WELSH CEMETERY

Tonight we visit on a cliff and overlooking Tintern Abbey in Wales, St Mary`s Church ruins.
Originally dating back to the days of the medieval Abbey, the church was rebuilt in the 19th century. In 1972 the church became redundant, and in 1977 the church mysteriously caught fire and allegedly two youths died in the blaze.
Here, invited by (FPI) Forest Paranormal Investigations, we conduct a joint investigation of this very, very haunted site where a spirit claiming to be an `elemental` energy, makes contact. The K2 session with EMF meters provides an insight as the presence answers questions with answers that shudder one group member .....

READERS GHOST TALES AT HALLOWEEN - SARA`S STORY

My husband and I were married in 1989.  Wow, almost 25 years ago!  At the time he lived in an old house trailer that an elderly lady had passed away in.  I didn’t know this initially, but he eventually told me.  He’d had some experiences prior to us being married that he didn’t tell me either.

I honestly don’t know if he was afraid I’d be scared and not marry him or what, but he didn’t.  Either way, I started noticing things when I moved in.  Catching someone walk from one side of the room to the other in the form of a shadowy person, having tools taken out of their container and set on the kitchen counter and even empty cans taken out of the recycling and put on the counter.  The strangest thing that happened to me in the old trailer was when I started to do our laundry.  I was pulling out the laundry from the hamper and all my underpants were strung together!  (Like if you were to hang them on a clothesline and you clip two of them on the line together)  All perfectly strung together for some reason.  I asked my husband why he’d been messing around with the dirty laundry and he said he hadn’t.  I guess the lady is a feisty one and I’m convinced she’s followed us to two other houses.  So here is my original story:

I have my own ghost story to share.  I swear 100% of it is true.
Rewind to 20 years ago in 1993. We lived in a brand new trailer house. My son was sitting in the highchair with his sippy cup of milk and eating a hot dog. I was looking right at him and the sippy cup literally flew from the tray (at a high rate of speed) and hit the pantry door in the kitchen and fell to the floor. I was watching. I know he didn't do it. He was barely talking and just turned and looked at me like "what the heck."

Fast forward several years. Same child at about 16 years old. He came downstairs and asked if we have ghosts in the house. (We had moved to a new house in a new town I must add.) I said I suspect, but not positive (as I'd seen and experienced a couple of things) "well my cell phone and remote control to my tv keep moving. I set them down and when I go to get them, they're gone. Ok, I know what you're thinking and I agree, chaulk that up to being 16. Two days later, and this is where it gets really strange:

"Mom come upstairs, there is music playing out of my computer that I'm not playing." I told him to turn his speakers off which he did and comes back down and said it's still playing. I told him to unplug the speakers from the computer. Once again he comes down the stairs and says the music is still playing.

So I start to say to myself....hmmmmmm. "go upstairs and unplug everything. I don't care what it is, unplug it." I went up and double and triple checked. Every single thing from the monitor, mouse, hard rive, speakers was COMPLETELY unplugged from each other and the wall. And "I" could even hear the music coming directly from the HARD DRIVE! He'd even unplugged his tv. It was bluegrass music. Why? I'll never know.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

NEW WEBSITE TO SHARE WHETHER SOMEONE HAS DIED IN YOUR HOUSE

It's the website that is allowing people to rest easy (or cause them even more sleepless nights!) by pinpointing which houses were the site of an American horror story.
One year in the making, DiedInHouse.com is a new means of finding out if someone died in your home.

CEO Roy Condrey said he was inspired to create the site after a tenant renting a property of his in Columbia, South Carolina, informed him the place was inhabited by ghosts.
Under the impression there were laws in place to disclose a death in a residence, Condrey was shocked to find there weren't any.

Predominant US state laws only require the disclosure of violent deaths.
While the site is benefitting those who have long held the belief their house was haunted by pulling up relevant historical information, it is proving even more advantageous to homeowners or potential buyers.

It's much harder to sell a house at a premium price when a buyer knows something grisly has unfolded inside.
'It occurred to me that a service which told people who died in their homes before they moved in would be popular,' Condrey told the Houston Chronicle.

'It's harder to find things like this out than you think.' Texas, for example, is a non-disclosure state.
'Per the Texas Association of Realtors Seller’s Disclosure form it is not a requirement to disclose a non-violent death that occurred on the property,' said Houston real estate agent Danelle Reed.
'However, a violent death — like a murder — must be disclosed.'

According to Condrey, since sending the site live on June 1, he has had the most hits from people in Texas and California.

California residents, he says, are interested in the many famous murders and deaths in the state and the possibility that one may be linked to their house.
It costs $11.99 to submit a request.

Once a user logs on and enters an address, Condrey and his team of staff search through a multitude of sources to deliver information on previous owners and whether or not anyone met their demise inside the residence.

Some realtors are actively against DiedInHouse.com because it costs them money on what is known as 'stigmatized' properties.
However Condrey maintains he is providing a legitimate public service.
One case might have been the story of Janet Milliken, who moved to Pensylvania with her two children from California following the death of her husband.
She bought a house for $610,000 but would later find out it was the site of a recent murder-suicide.

Still trying to deal with her own tragedy, Miliken was faced with also dealing with the people who would come by to gawk at her new home.
Milliken sued for fraud and misrepresentation, claiming the owners and real estate agents duped her.

However the judge ruled against her, saying Pennsylvania state law does not require agents to disclose such events to buyers.
She’s since appealed to the state Supreme Court.

The stigma of a death in a home, especially a violent killing, is a powerful one, especially for families.
'It would bother me if I knew someone died in my house,' Condrey said.
'For instance, I couldn’t live in a house where there was a murder-suicide.'
A quiet death, Condrey says, would be easier for some to deal with.

Thousands of requests have been serviced since the site's launch, Condrey said.
Even realtors are using the site to better familiarize themselves with a client's property.
'Some people don’t have a problem with knowing someone died in their home,' says Condrey.
'But when you remind them that this knowledge could affect their home values, they change their tune.'

BRITAIN`S `MOST HAUNTED` ROAD?

It is reputedly the most haunted highway in Scotland.

The A75 in Dumfriesshire is said to have had more reports of supernatural activity than any other road in the country.

The Kinmount straight on the road is the most notorious spot for sightings.

Bob Sturgeon said sightings were a weekly occurrence when he ran a snack bar on the route
John Hill, of Mostly Ghostly paranormal investigators, said: "So much has happened at this spot.

"A quick search of the internet would bring up the A75 as the most haunted road in Scotland and some say Britain.

"There are so many different things have happened on this road and been seen by so many different people as well."

Mr Hill and Mostly Ghostly founder Kathleen Cronie have researched the road's supernatural history to compile the first ever ghost coach tour of the road.

They have some spine-chilling accounts to relate.

It doesn't matter if you blame it on imagination or fact, it certainly affected [the lorry driver] badly”

"There have been screaming hags, eyeless phantoms and a menagerie of unearthly creatures witnessed on this famous road," said Ms Cronie.

She said one of the most infamous sightings was made by Derek and Norman Ferguson, in 1962.

"They were driving along here and the whole incident began with a large hen flying towards the windscreen of their car," she said.

"They then witnessed great cats and various other creatures as well as witnessing a phantom furniture van - which is a bit unusual to say the least."

Bob Sturgeon lives beside the A75 and used to run a roadside snack van - at Carrutherstown, near to the sighting "hotspot".

"There was very rarely a week went past without somebody telling me about some experience and usually along that Kinmount straight," he said.

His business was a frequent early morning refuge for traumatised lorry drivers who had parked overnight in nearby lay-bys.

"They weren't the kind of people who would talk to each other," he explained.

"They were long-distance drivers - they were well separated - so it wasn't as if there was a group of them gathered in a pub and passed round stories.

"Most of these things were all just individual experiences."

A common sighting was groups of dejected bedraggled people pulling handcarts or carrying bundles like some medieval camp followers.

One man was so shocked, he gave up lorry driving altogether and Mr Sturgeon never saw him again.

"He had been parked on the Kinmount straight and he had woken up at the back of three in the morning and he saw this 'parade' of people," he said.

"He said that it went on for ages and he had just frozen - he was in an awful state.

"It doesn't matter if you blame it on imagination or fact or whatever, it certainly affected him badly."

Documented reports of ghosts on this road go back at least 50 years.

As well as seeing assorted animals, horsemen and carriages, some drivers have been convinced they have run over people - phantom figures of men, women, couples emerging from the dark.

IS THIS A REAL GHOST CAPTURED ON THE SITE OF AN OPEN AIR MEDIEVAL CASTLE `THEME PARK?`

This photograph appeared in a newspaper publicity feature for Halloween events around the areas of Bishop Stortford, and at Stanstead Mountfitchet `Castle` on the Essex/Suffolk borders.

Is this a ghost `resurrected` in a copy of a 900 year
old castle?
The ghost pictured was snapped in the Grand Hall of the medieval village at the castle in Stansted after the night watchman had commented on more than one occasion of feeling "not alone".

There are no further details.

The `Castle` is actually a re-interpretation of an earlier Norman wooden motte and bailey castle which disappeared eons ago.

Is this a real ghost attracted back to the site by a modern `medieval` interpretation, or something created on Photoshop as a Halloween publicity feature?

The `ghost` looks `artistically inspired`, but that is my impression.

A link to the newspaper feature is here:

`Ghost presence in Stortford increasing as groups prepare for spook-tacular Hallowe'en!`

I have previously never encountered this photograph before. To me the image has the `texture` of a ghost, but the scant historical facts surrounding the capture of the ghost are dubious.

The `castle` is advertised as `a unique open-air museum experience where the visitor can travel back in time over 900 years and truly witness life in a medieval Motte and Bailey castle`.

Fact or fake? You decide ..

GHOST CAUGHT ON CAM RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS - TASTER FOR NEW HAUNTED EARTH/FPI INVESTIGATION

(left-right) Adam Heath (FPI), Sean Kim (Haunted Earth) and
Chris Halton at the church site.
On Wednesday, October 30th 2013 will see the launch of our new night investigation video with our friends at (FPI) Forest Paranormal Investigations.
On this occasion we visit a cliff top church ruin which overlooks Tintern Abbey in the beautiful Wye Valley - which borders England with Wales.

The church, St Mary`s, was made redundant in 1972, and burnt down by youths in 1977. It is claimed that two youths died in the flames that engulfed this Victorian church.

St Mary`s was originally a medieval church used by the monks from the Abbey as a place to retreat and to quietly contemplate.

Paula Heath and Adam Heath (FPI)
It was rebuilt in 1861, but proved difficult to climb for many parishioners, which may have been a main reason that the church was eventually abandoned.

The site has a haunted history with many strange and unaccountable events occurring.
Forest Paranormal have made this site an area of continued investigation, and due to the activity there.

In the forthcoming presentation you will see a fascinating interactive session using K2 EMF`s to register `yes`, `no` responses.

And below is a short clip that shows spirit responding to Paula Heath (FPI) with some fantastic results.
Much more in the main video presentation soon!

ROYAL KATE`S NEW NURSERY COULD BE IN HAUNTED PALACE

Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William - new nursery

Kate Middleton's first-born baby could be sleeping in a Kensington Palace room that's a hotspot for hauntings by the unhappy spirits of previous occupants.

Royal biographer Andrew Morton said the room that the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William have chosen is a popular haunt for ghostly sightings.

Morton, best known for his biography of Princess Diana, told the Sun on Sunday: "Prince George's nursery is in Apartment 1A of Kensington Palace, which has been a notorious spot for ghost sightings."

`Mad` King George II haunts the palace

Dead royals include King George II, who died of heart failure (believed to have been brought on by syphilis) while staring out of a window in 1760. His ghostly form has been spotted at the window, with the sound of him muttering scaring the royal staff.

Caroline of Brunswick - an embittered ghost that
stalks the palace corridors
Caroline of Brunswick had a very unhappy marriage to George IV. He banished her and she died embittered in 1821. She is still believed to prowl the hallways of the palace.

Queen Mary II haunts the Queens Apartment
weeping for the children she never had
Queen Mary II, wife of King William III, apparently haunts the Queens Apartments in Kensington Palace, where she died of smallpox in 1694. She was a very tall queen for her time, standing at 5'11", making her taller than most men in her life as well.

She died at the age of 32. Reports say that Mary can be heard weeping for the children she never had and the short life she lived. Her husband died in Kensington Palace eight years later, after falling from a horse.

King William III - died at the palace after a horse fall
Other creepy sightings in the building include Peter the Wild, a feral child who was taken in by King George I, who has been seen running up the King's staircase.

`Peter the Wild` - A mentally handicapped child

in some woods in Hanover, Germany
Morton added: "Princess Margaret's housekeeper told her she saw a woman in Regency dress suddenly appear in front of her then vanish through a wall. So let's hope little Prince George can sleep peacefully in his cot at night."

The palace was also home to the young prince's late grandmother Diana, Princess of Wales, whose coffin spent its last night in London within the palace walls before her funeral at Westminster Abbey in September 1997.

Diana, Princess of Wales whose body lay in state
the night before her funeral
Chief Curator at Historic Royal Palaces Lucy Worsley says there have been at least seven princesses associated with Kensington Palace who were either "sad, bad or even mad".

A NEW DOCUMENTARY ON A VERY UNUSUAL BUT WELL PRESERVED AND HAUNTED MEDIEVAL CHURCH

Here is a visit to an almost untouched 11th century English church, which was abandoned in the late 19th century, and amazingly is still with us today. The church has some excellent examples of medieval wall paintings, with many portraying scenes of torture and murder - all in accordance with the then teachings of the bible.
Three Knights or Soldiers Resting
The church also has strong connections with the medieval military, and on top of that, the church walls are heavily covered in medieval and later graffiti.

An historic location with a ghostly presence caught on cam!
An amazing location with the history and the architecture shared by your enthusiastic  guide on this visit, Chris Halton.

And despite the fact that `spiritual activity` was quieter than some other places, a spiritual presence shows itself on day camera ..

An interesting and rewarding journey through the annals of history..
Hopefully, you will enjoy and tick `like` if you have enjoyed this presentation.

SOME CONVERSATIONS WITH THE DEAD - FULL PART 2 VIDEO!

And finally ...
Here is the much awaited, Part Two of the investigation at the Angel hotel, Coleford, Gloucestershire, UK.
After leaving the Royal rooms, we visited the Wye room, the location of much activity.
Adam Heath (leader of FPI) conducts a `ghost box` session. And a remarkable line of conversation is picked up. Jack appears very unhappy, and swears quite a lot to get us to move..
Below are links to hosted sites where they video can be viewed.

HAUNTED AYRSHIRE IN SCOTLAND

Not all ghostly tales relate back to early times, as even to this day there are many reported sightings of paranormal activity.

Ballochmyle House
One such tale concerns Ballochmyle Hospital which was located in the grounds of Ballochmyle House.

The hospital was built in a series of Nissan huts during the Second World War and continued in use until the year 2000 when a community hospital was built in Cumnock.

As recently as 1988 a nurse on night duty during her rounds spotted an old lady with grey hair wandering about in ward 14 but when she went to help her back into bed she had faded away.

Apparently this ghostly apparition of an old lady with long grey hair was known to frequent ward 14 but why ward 14 is not known.

Perhaps 13 would have been unlucky, but then are ghosts superstitious?

Knockshinnoch mine in 1950 following a mining disaster
in which 19 men died.
Another ghostly tale of Cumnock, this time New Cumnock, covers the former Knockshinnoch mine, when a pit electrician working underground repairing electrical panels felt the presence of someone behind him.

He continued working thinking that it was someone checking up on his progress but when this someone correctly pointed out an error he had made which he quickly rectified, he turned to thank his benefactor and found no one there.

The electrician made enquiries to be told that he had been totally on his own in that part of the mine and as far as everyone was aware no one had approached him and offered advice.

So there you are, a ghostly electrician with enough experience to see things done properly .

Cumnock seems to have had more than its fair share of ghosts. A council house erected as recently as 1960 was reputed to have ghostly connections.

In 1970 it was occupied by a police constable who then committed suicide, no mention is made of why, but from that date on it was said to be haunted and no one would accept its tenancy.

A local minister was brought in to exorcize it but to no avail and it continued to be impossible to let.

Eventually it was sold and strangely enough all the problems ceased and no further ghostly appearances have been experienced.

GHOSTLY ACTIVITY CLAIMED ON CCTV AT FORMER 19th CENTURY ENGLISH FORT

One of the unexplained objects
Ghosthunters are to be brought in by farm bosses after they found unexplained objects on new CCTV cameras.

Slough Fort Farm and Stables, in Allhallows Leisure Park, installed the equipment after several animals were attacked.

But what staff have spotted on their cameras late at night has left them spooked - so now paranormal investigators are taking a look.

Strange glowing white objects have popped up, floated around and darted across the CCTV screen.

Co-owner Karla Ditton said the objects are not animals, because they do not light up on the camera, and they move too fast to be birds.
She said: "We just don't know what they are. It's all just really weird and unusual."

The farm is set in the grounds of Slough Fort, which dates back to the 19th century.

The tunnels of the fort, which was designed to guard against invasion by Napoleon, were dug up and cleared last year after being filled for more than 50 years.

Animals at the farm include horses, skunks, tortoises, rabbits, ducks, goats and micro pigs.

The farm has been approached by Essex Paranormal, which wants to investigate.

Farm staff are considering staying there for the night and seeing for themselves what is going on.

Intrigued villagers have also expressed interest in visiting for a night.

Medway is fertile ground for spooky goings-on.

Perhaps the most famous tale is of the Ghost of Blue Bell Hill. Many drivers have reported the figure of a young woman appearing suddenly in the path of their vehicle late at night.

Terrified that they have hit her, drivers have got out to investigate, only to find no trace of a body.

Source: KentOnLine

My view:

I`ve looked at the video repeatedly. There are white amorphous blobs which pulsate and look interesting, but you have to consider that these are caught on a CCTV which moves at a much slower frame rate.
You`ll notice this effect better as small anomalies moving quickly appear as long extended bars.
What you are looking at are merely late season bugs flying very closely to the camera lens.
Because the camera lacks true definition, the bugs appear as these out of focus blobs. There is nothing paranormal in these clips, but it does not mean to say that the location isn't actively haunted.
The site has an historical past, but any attempt to link that to this activity is spurious.
Sad that the media have picked up a non news story, and have attempted to `puff` it up into something that it clearly isn`t. Why post stories as weak as this when there are far more REAL stories and events being captured and shared on the internet?

SOME CONVERSATIONS WITH THE DEAD - PART 2 PREVIEW!

Here is a `taster` for Part 2 of our fantastic daytime investigation with our friends FPI,  at the Angel Hotel, Coleford, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.

In Part 1 you saw some amazing activity captured during two EMF sessions using three K2 meters.
One of the two spiritual presences in Part 1 was a man named, `Jack` who had a penchant for very young girls,  and enjoyed voicing his opinions.

In Part 2, during a `ghost box` session in another hotel room, Jack comes through loud and clear, and soon voices more disapproval through demands to leave and swearing. In fact, lots of swearing!

The full Part 2 video will be available very shortly from links on this blog to our hosting sites at Youtube and Vimeo.

Hope you enjoy this short preview.

ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER CLAIMS CAPTURE OF `BIG FOOT`

This large beast is pictured stalking the woods in dramatic new photos that could prove the mythical creature is real.

The images were taken by woodsman John Stoneman just two weeks ago near Bradford, Pennsylvania, USA.

Keen hiker John spotted the seven-foot-tall beast just yards from a main road through trees in Kinzua State Park.

John, 57, had been returning from the Kinzua Bridge Fall Festival with his girlfriend when the pair spotted the mysterious shape moving in the forest.

John quickly grabbed his camera and fired off these amazing shots as they slowed the car down and edged along the road.

Traffic backing-up behind his vehicle forced John to move on but not before he got what he believes is some of the best evidence yet of the existence of the legendary North American creature.

John, from Bradford, PA, said: "I'm a sceptic myself, I'm not a believer, but this was not a bear and you can see fur on it.

"It's wider at the shoulders and tapers down whereas a bear is bigger in the middle and stands differently with its paws out, this was standing like a man, like a bigfoot.

"At first some people have discredited it and said it's just a root ball at the bottom of a fallen tree, but I've been back to the exact spot and there is no root ball there.

"We do have black bears, but they are considerably smaller than this, it was standing about seven-foot tall."

The day before the sighting John said there had been a 'bigfoot calling contest' organised as part of the bridge festival - an event held annually in the area to commemorate an old viaduct destroyed by a tornado.

He said: "This was 200 yards from the road, it was too narrow for me to be able to pull over without stopping traffic but I got as many pictures as I could.

"I actually dropped the camera casing so I couldn't see what I had got until I got home and put them on my computer, I was surprised at what I saw.

"I looks more like a bigfoot than anything else, I've already had organisations asking me to send them copies for verification."

John - who is a member of the local outdoor pursuits group Allegheny Outdoor Adventures - said he had never seen anything like it in the woods before.

He said: "This area is known for bigfoot sightings but this is the first time I have seen anything like this, I am in the woods every week, I hunt and go hiking.

"I went back to the exact spot where it had been and there was nothing there, just years and years of leaves on the floor."

Bigfoot, also known as sasquatch, is the name given to an ape-like creature that some people believe inhabits forests, mainly in the Pacific Northwest region of North America.

Bigfoot is usually described as a large, hairy, bipedal humanoid.

In 1951 American Eric Shipton photographed what he described as a Yeti footprint beginning a spate of 'sightings' and print finds throughout the 20th and 21st century.

Source: DailyExpress

My View:

What we have here to see is nothing more than a badly taken photograph which remains out of focus, and barely visible amongst the scrub. It`s interesting that the area has had lots of `sightings` by people who wouldn`t know a Big Foot from a Bear, and the area is populated with large and small black shaggy bears.

The average height (standing) for this species is up to 6` tall. Quite a sizeable presence if you saw one standing among the tree`s at a distance. More rarely, bigger specimens have been shot which range even taller than the average. The statement from the photographer regarding bears isn't quite correct on the issue of size.

To me we are actually looking at what looks to be a bear standing raised or semi raised as in the below photograph.
But that`s my opinion based upon entirely upon what I can see, and more importantly perhaps, not what I imagine. Still, it sells newspapers..

Big Foot or a bear. You decide..
